1 About This App

Shupaka Spark ("the App", "we") is a children's game for iPad. It is built so that nothing ever leaves the device. The App has no sign-up, no sign-in, no user identifiers, and it works fully offline.

2 Data We Collect

Nothing. Shupaka Spark collects no data at all.

• No accounts. The App has no sign-up, sign-in, or user identifiers.
• No network use. The App works fully offline and makes no network requests.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

3 Photos and Names

A grown-up can add a child's name and photo to personalise the games. These are stored only in the App's private storage on the device itself. They are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere, and they are deleted when the App's "Start over" reset is used or the App is removed from the device.

4 Children's Privacy

The App is designed for young children under adult supervision. Because no data is collected or transmitted, no personal information about children (or anyone else) is ever received by the developer or by any third party. This design satisfies COPPA and GDPR-K requirements by never handling personal data in the first place.

5 Changes

If this policy ever changes, the update ships with the next App Store release and the "Last updated" date above changes with it.
